These Terms of Use apply to all visitors who access, use, create an account, or place an order on the babamodern.com website.
By using the site, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the site.
1. Site owner and scope
babamodern.com is an e-commerce site operated by the BabaModern brand.
In these terms:
- "BabaModern", "we" or "us" refer to BabaModern,
- "User", "visitor" or "customer" refer to individuals accessing the site,
- "Site" refers to the babamodern.com domain name,
- "Product" refers to physical or digital products offered for sale on the site

2. Eligibility for use
Persons using the Site accept that they have the capacity to enter into legally binding transactions.

4. Account security
If a user account is created, the user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and account information.
If unauthorized use of the account is detected, notification must be made immediately to info@babamodern.com.
BabaModern may temporarily suspend or close a user account in case of a security risk, suspicion of fraud, or violation of the terms.
5. Product information
The features, dimensions, materials, colors, purpose of use and personalization options of the products are explained on the product pages.
Product images are intended to be presented as accurately as possible. However, reasonable color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production method, and material texture.
BabaModern may correct relevant information if an obvious error, technical error, or typographical error is detected in the product description.
6. Prices
Product prices are as shown on the site. Delivery charges and other fees, if any, are shown at the payment step.
BabaModern reserves the right to change prices, campaigns, and product options. Changes do not retroactively affect orders previously completed and approved by BabaModern.
BabaModern may cancel an order if prices are shown clearly different from their true value due to an obvious technical error. In this case, the collected amount is refunded to the customer.
7. Intellectual property rights
Located on the site or created by BabaModern:
- Brand name
- Logo
- Product designs
- Photographs
- Videos
- Texts
- Graphics
- Illustrations
- Page designs
- Advertising content
- Collection names
- Original product presentations
may be protected under relevant intellectual property legislation.
These contents may not be copied, reproduced, published, sold, modified, or used in another store for commercial purposes without BabaModern's written permission.
Purchasing a product does not mean that the customer acquires the right to commercial use of the design or visuals.
8. User-uploaded content
The customer agrees that they have the right to use visual, name, text, logo or other content sent by the customer for personalization purposes.
The customer:
- that the content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, personal or privacy rights of third parties,
- that the content is not unlawful,
- that they are authorized to transmit the content to BabaModern for production purposes

BabaModern may refuse to produce and cancel the relevant order for unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or inappropriate content.
9. Prohibited uses
The site cannot be used for the following purposes:
- Fraud or unauthorized payment
- Collecting information of other people
- Rendering the site inoperable
- Testing or exploiting security vulnerabilities
- Spreading viruses or malicious software
- Unauthorized copying of product content
- Sharing fake reviews or misleading information
- Violating applicable legislation
10. Third-party links

BabaModern, to the extent permitted by applicable law:
- From the user's device or internet connection,
- From incorrect information entry,
- From unauthorized account use,
- From third-party services,
- From acting contrary to usage instructions,
- From unforeseen and uncontrollable events
cannot be held responsible for indirect damages arising from.
This provision does not eliminate BabaModern's liabilities arising from its intent or gross negligence, or the consumer's rights arising from imperative laws.
13. Amendments
BabaModern may update these Terms of Use in line with legislation, service structure, or technical requirements.
The updated text becomes effective from the date of publication. Completed orders are evaluated within the scope of the mandatory provisions and contract terms in force on the order date.
14. Governing Law
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to these terms.
The rights of consumers to apply to the authorized consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in their place of residence or where the transaction was made are reserved.
